Diamine Winter Ink-vent Calendar 2023

Bertram’s Inkwell is pleased to launch the Diamine Winter Ink-vent Calendar 2023. First appearing in 2019, Diamine’s Ink-vent Calendar grew to be a yearly treat that us ink enthusiasts look forward to. Therefore, as the calendar is a Christmas treat, you could say the announcement is like “Christmas in July”, haha. As usual, the Ink-vent calendar will be delivered in October. First of all, inside the Diamine Winter Ink-vent Calendar 2023, you will find a treasure trove of 25 Diamine inks. Notably, the calendar has 25 doors. There’s one door to open each day, revealing a surprise bottle of 12ml ink. The last door contains a larger 30ml size.

Importantly, all the inks are new. Definitely worth noting is that there are five different types of ink in it. This consists of: Standard, Shimmer, Scent, Chameleon, and Chameleon & Sheen properties. Personally, I’m not as big of a fan of the shimmering inks because it reminds me so much of glitter. However, I know many people are fans of the glittery look. I think the rest are awesome and exciting. With the sheening inks, I love the effect of slightly changing colors they have when reflecting in the light.

Finally, as you might imagine, these ink names are Christmas theme related. Their names are: Star Bright, Nightfall, Glacier, Walnut, Lavender Frost, Tinsel, Fortunes Gold, Sweet Dreams, Blizzard, Fireside Snug, Jacaranda, Moon Beam, Early Dusk, Merry & Bright, Bucks Fizz, Raise a Glass, Cinnabun, Bah Humbug, Astral, Cashmere Rose, Tranquility, Velvet Emerald, Weeping Willow, Masquerade, Sugar Snap, and Rainbows End. I actually love how creative these names are. New inks are always fun to play with. And I love Christmas time and all the holiday cheer that comes with it. So, having that same feeling come around early this year by combining both, is a wonderful treat!
