Pineider hit the ground running with their pens a few years ago. When they introduced the Avatar UR, it far surpassed our expectations with a new Unbreakable Resin. Now, the brilliant mind of Dante Del Vecchio brings us the next great collection – the Pineider Metropolis Pen Collection. Though, it’s not clear as to why Pineider named this the Metropolis. There are so many wonderful details about the Metropolis line.
First of all, the Pineider Metropolis Pen Collection makes for great everyday use pens. It’s light in the hand so it won’t tire you with extended daily use. Available as fountain pen, rollerball, and ballpoint, there are plenty of choices for every writing style. Not to mention the many color choices in this pearlized Unbreakable Resin material. You can choose from: Yellow, Red, Green, Grey, White, Black, Blue, and Orange.
Secondly, customization and personalization is the Pineider Metropolis’ claim to fame. Included in the gift box is a sheet of breakaway tabs that consist of options for applying to the back of your pen. If you want to use a single letter as a monogram, you are able to. Or if you prefer to apply your initials, that’s an option as well. You can also switch them out as your mood changes. If you’re into Zodiac signs, that’s a possibility as well.
Speaking of the gift box, the Pineider Metropolis Pen Collection makes for a wonderful gift. It’s complete with beautiful presentation. Amazingly, at this lower price point, you still get so much value in these pens. Therefore it makes for a wonderful gift to you or to others.
Importantly, the fountain pen uses an international style cartridge or converter filling system. It’s also equipped with a smooth steel nib, and your choice of fine or medium points. The rollerball uses Schmidt 888 or 5888 refills for easy replacement. Finally, the ballpoint is equipped with a smooth twist-action retraction, and uses Monteverde Parker Style ballpoint or gel refills.
