Retro 51 Popper USPS Spooky Silhouettes Rollerball

Every few months, Retro 51 comes out with a new limited edition Popper for our enjoyment. These pens have fun themes that are unique and stand out in every pen collection. Therefore I’m excited about their newest – the Retro 51 Popper USPS Spooky Silhouettes Rollerball. You could say it’s… spooktacular!

Retro51 and the United States Postal Service® have a treat of a new pen for this eerie season… Spooky Silhouettes. This Retro 51 Popper USPS Spooky Silhouettes Rollerball design is modeled after the 2019 stamps created by Tyler Lang. The illustrations feature black silhouettes of some of the spookiest Hallows’ Eve creatures; black cat, bats, spider, and ghosts. The creatures are backlit by iconic Halloween colors; yellow, purple, red, and orange printed on the black barrel and finished with black accents. Lastly, these are limited to 1031 pieces this pen has the edition number engraved on the top ring and they’re topped with a spider on the finial. What would Halloween be without some ghoulish surprises and Boo… this pen glows-in-the dark!

Importantly, there are four distinct stamp designs on each pen. First up is a cat with an arched back beneath a raven perched on a bare tree branch, all against a yellowish-green background.

Next are two ghosts against an orange background.

Thirdly, not to be outdone, there’s a spider and a web against a red background.

Finally, we have three bats against a purple background.
