Maiora Ogiva Titanium Pen Collection

Last weekend at the DC Pen Show was so much fun. I’m sure I can speak for both Bert and myself when I say it was wonderful seeing all our “pen friends” in one place. Being at the table with Bert all weekend was a great experience. Not only did we connect people with their new pen(s) and accessories, I also made some purchases. One of the really fun, colorful, and unique pens that I picked up is a Maiora. It’s part of the new Maiora Ogiva Titanium Pen Collection.
First of all, the Maiora Ogiva Titanium Pen Collection is available in two colors: blue and brown. They’re both marbled with darker specks layered throughout. I ended up with the blue one in a broad nib, and love how it just glides effortlessly across the paper. I even tested it on some lower-end copy paper, and it performs like a dream. This is a limited edition of 188 pieces worldwide, and they’re worth adding to your collection. Enjoy yours either as a fountain pen or rollerball (sadly no ballpoint).
Secondly, each color has its own name. The blue one is called “Teti”, meaning Goddess of the Sea. The brown one is called “Gea” meaning Mother Earth. Teti looks exactly as lustrous as in the pictures. You’ll see a brilliant reflection of light in your pen that really brings out the colors. Gea is a darker brown. In some pictures it might seem a little orange, but it’s truly a darker brown all over. Similarly to the Teti, Gea also reflects light on the pen wonderfully.
Above all, the use of titanium nibs and the Sterling Silver trim set these pens apart. The fountain pens are equipped with a smooth titanium nib. These titanium nibs are softer than steel nibs. Some say they even rival gold nibs, while offering a lower price point. Choose from: extra fine, fine, medium, and broad nib sizes.
Finally, the Maiora Ogiva Titanium Pen Collection is a masterpiece that combines form, function, and luxury. It is a testament to Maiora’s dedication to crafting writing instruments that are as beautiful as they are functional. If you appreciate the art of writing and seek a pen that is as distinctive as your own style, the Ogiva Titanium is undoubtedly worth adding to your collection.
