Though it later rebranded as Wahl-Eversharp and faced challenges in the evolving ballpoint pen market leading to its acquisition by the Parker Pen Company in 1957, its legacy lived on. 

In 2012, the spirit of innovation was reignited when Syd Saperstein and Emmanuel Caltagirone acquired the rights to the WAHL and EVERSHARP trademarks, breathing new life into the brand as the WAHL-EVERSHARP Company. Today, this company proudly produces modern fountain pens, drawing inspiration from the original patented designs of both Wahl Pen and EVERSHARP, proving that great ideas can always be revived and reimagined.
