Retro 51 continues to impress with their newest addition to the Vintage Metalsmith line. Inspired by the legendary A-10 Warthog – the Warthog is celebrated for its Gatling gun-style 30 mm cannon and titanium armor. Retro51 introduces the newest Tornado warbird, the Retro 51 Tornado Vintage Metalsmith A-10 Warthog Rollerball, embodying its rugged durability.
First of all, in service for 50 years, the A-10 Warthog remains a favored military aircraft. (Just as I’m sure the Retro 51 Tornado Vintage Metalsmith A-10 Warthog Rollerball will remain a favored rollerball). Notably, it’s liked for its close air support capabilities and robust “titanium bathtub” shielding. Moreover, this is crucial in protecting pilots from ground attacks while delivering a powerful attack. Therefore pilots and crew are integral to its success, dedicated to aiding ground troops and bravely engaging and defending their fellow soldiers.
Secondly, this Tornado Warthog Rollerball pays homage to the powerhouse aircraft. Above all, it features tactile rivets, panels, and twin-turbo fan acid-etched in the barrel. Similarly, it’s accentuated with printed wing emblems and the fierce warthog face near the nose of the pen. Notably, this edition is not limited or numbered. Hopefully that means it’s going to stay part of Retro 51’s main line for a long time to come. In addition, enjoy smooth twist-action retraction on this capless rollerball. Above all, you can easily refill your Retro 51 Tornado with either a Monteverde Parker Style ballpoint or gel refill, a Schmidt EZ Flow refill, or a Schmidt Short Capless rollerball refill.
Finally, each pen boasts black nickel finish accents reminiscent of its nose-mounted gun that is also represented on the finial. In addition, each one is packaged in a graphic tube adorned with an A-10 illustration. All of this makes it an ideal gift for aviation and history enthusiasts alike. Command attention with the A-10 Warthog rollerball pen — where strength meets style!
