Representing the quality, history and beauty of the course, 150 hand-painted fountain pens and 150 hand-painted rollerballs have been created, each barrel presenting a reproduction of an original illustration of St. Andrews Links. Each instrument is framed with a dark streaked green celluloid, accented with sterling silver details and rolling-wheel clip, and finished with a golf ball cabochon on the cap top. Golf has been a cultural and economic crux for St. Andrews since approximately 1400 A.D. Golf fans around the world will now be able to own this officially licensed product commemorating 2010, the return of The Open Championship.
